verb. adapt to the prevailing level of light and become able to see clearly; pay particular attention to.
The focus.
What is in my sights? How clearly am I seeing it? Why is it the centre of my attention?
To focus.
What could distract me? How can I be successful? Why do we need this change?
To have focus, to be able to focus, is a skill. To simplify, to see clearly, to ignore the white noise enables us to move towards our goals.
