#OneWord2021: Freedom

If Freedom, is having the ability to act or change without constraint, then I look forward to feeling freer and lighter than I have in years. If something is “free” if it can change easily and it is not constrained in its present state, then I look forward to singing as I fly into the new year.

#MonthlyWritingChallenge: Visibility

I coach a lot of people and one thing I often to bring as challenge is what is going on internally rather than externally, what we do implicitly which we need to make more explicit.

#MonthlyWritingChallenge: Strength

#DiverseEd

A massive thank you to everyone who contributed to the event, your contributions were phenomenal. Thank you also to our partners for supporting the event, to my co-host Bennie and wingman (behind the scenes) Richard and to the audience for joining us – your engagement, reflections and questions brought the virtual event to life.

#MonthlyWritingChallenge: Disruption

For me disruption is about challenging what we know to affect change, positive change.

#MonthlyWritingChallenge: Journeys – an anonymous blog

As we journeyed together we knew how to make it count, we treasured the moments as if it was our last and even when it was our last we didn’t dwell on it.
