My grandfather had a huge family but despite being surrounded by lots of people, I was always a lonely child.

Family is anyone who loves you unconditionally.

Covid 19 has given me the opportunity to share my love via food again.

We need to appreciate this opportunity that is being created by lock down and be grateful for what we have, rather than long for what we do not have.

Never losing sight of hope will lead us to joyous times ahead.

Without embracing the fear I would feel nothing and I want to feel all the joy I can.

Thinking about Joy under lock down is making me consider the simpler things in life and appreciate things that perhaps I took for granted.
